What we collect

When you send a trade enquiry we receive your name, company, email, phone number, country, type of business and your message, plus the time you agreed to this notice. We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this site.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage that trading relationship. We don't sell your details or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to our trade team. Our web host processes it in transit. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires.
